Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of OpenCode Cloud Link (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

OpenCode Cloud Link is a closed-source connector that publishes an OpenCode server running on your machine to the OpenCode Mobile app over an authenticated tunnel. It requires an active subscription and the OpenCode Mobile app.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are sold and renewed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the terms of that store. Prices, renewals, and refunds follow the store’s rules. You can cancel at any time from your store account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not process payments directly.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only with machines, software, and accounts you are authorized to access, and not to disrupt, abuse, or attempt to circumvent the Service or its security controls. You are responsible for the OpenCode server, projects, and credentials on your machine.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your device credentials and machine secure, for the content you process with OpenCode, and for complying with any licenses that apply to your code and models. The Service connects to software you run; it does not provide OpenCode itself.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product evolves. Maintenance, provider outages, and network conditions can affect connectivity.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and removing the connector. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or where required to protect the Service or other users.
